Mr. T.A. Balasubramanian (named Tabby for life by well-meaning friends at IIT) is an engineering graduate from IIT, Madras and an alumnus of IIM, Calcutta. For some 15 years he pottered around acquiring fundas in computer systems, and got bored writing the same monotonous software programs before realizing that his true calling is in the areas of "creating and facilitating communications". Translated into plain English, what this means is : he's still writing (advertising copy) in high-level code that people end up getting programmed by, or (de)bugged by. Moral: Once a debugger, always a debugger.
He runs Maxigen, an Advertising Agency; and Meridian, a PR and Event Management outfit. His favourite expression in life is borrowed from MAD Magazine: "What me worry?"
His passions include, learning and growth; discovery and exploration; meditation, walking, talking and reading. He loves fun, grace, harmony, learning, love, mastery, playfulness, stimulating change, using his abilities, vitality, wisdom.
He has been busy writing novels during the last three years.
