Suhayl Abidi is working as General Manager (Knowledge Documentation). He is responsible for design, implementation & dissemination of processes by which knowledge is captured, shared and used. Have successfully completed several projects such as Intranet, continuous learning programs, Lessons Learnt, web based online learning system, e-zines etc.

Prior to joinng Nicholas Piramal, he worked as DGM (Documentation) with Essar Oil Limited at their 7000 crore Refinery Project at Vadinar,Dist.Jamnagar. He was Responsible for setting up of Project Documentation Centre and completing several assignments in Electronic Document Management Centre, Digital Bulletin Board & Archives etc.

He is a Post Graduate Diploma in Librarianship & Information Work from Leeds Polytechnic, UK, and an MBA from University of Delhi.

He also has written several articles viz., No Looking Back With Knowledge Management-Indian Express, Why History Matters-Business Standard (The Strategist), etc.
