His past positions are President of APAA (Indian Group),Vice Chairman of Committee L2 on Patent Law of the International Bar
Association, Member of the Expert group appointed by WIPO for considering the applicability
of arbitration to intellectual property, Member of the INTA External Affairs Committee
Visiting faculty, National Law School of Bangalore; Member editorial board of several
international intellectual property journals.
He is a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry from University of Delhi and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from University of Delhi.
